The product
GWR is a revolutionary breakthrough in thermal insulation.
The manufacturer, has developed this modern insulation material through many years of laboratory work. The product owes its extraordinary properties to nanotechnology production. The combination of gas-filled ceramic spheres,
synthetic rubber and additives in a dense, cream-like liquid achieves these great properties, which can be achieved as little as 1 mm thick. This 1 mm thick GWR insulation is a significant space saving compared to traditional polystyrene thermal insulation, but it also has several beneficial properties.
43% cooling and heating energy savings
According to official measurements carried out by TÜV-SÜD, 43% energy saving in cooling or heating energy can be achieved with its application.
Can be applied to brick, concrete, drywall, wood, metal, plastic and glass surfaces.
Due to its wide range of applications, it can be used not only as a thermal insulation of household, but also industrial and agricultural buildings, cold stores, industrial structures.
Waterproof
The insulated surface can be washed after drying. It can even be cleaned with a high pressure washer.
Breathable, ventilated
In contrast to polystyrene thermal insulation, it does not seal the insulated rooms hermetically, so its application can also prevent mould on the walls.
In its material it can be colored, painted
The material has its own color of white. If desired, it can still be coloured in liquid form, or, after drying, it can be painted with water-based paint without losing the thermal insulation properties of the material.
Weather resistant
It is UV resistant and weather-resistant, protecting the underlying layers. It protects against frost and extreme surface warming.
Lasting
It has an estimated useful life of more than 30 years. The manufacturer's warranty is 20 years (in case of work performed by an accredited contractor), but the insulation also performs its task in the long run. During its lifetime, it does not requires maintenance. The product retains its properties even under extreme conditions at temperatures from -60 to +210 °C.
Non-flammable
The material is difficult to burn in case of fire, slows down the speed of fire propagation. Fire rating "D-s2,d0"
